Why Most Network Marketers are NOT Leaders.
There are four different types of leaders Doug's
identified: Retail Leaders (they lead with sales, 50, 100 customers or more). The Builder
Leader (the leader in the field, leadership by instinct… even by accident… who doesn't teach
it but does it). The Leader in Training (the men and women who are committed to learning to
be a leader… this one you mentor). The fourth and highest level of leadership are the Pinnacle
Leaders (the super-stars, the leaders at the summit of their game, focusing on helping people,
the leaders of leaders ). Doug's also identified the key qualities of leaders: They have a tremendous
work ethic… they don't care what others think… and they are focused on multiplication instead of
duplication. People will watch what you do and listen to what you say, but they only follow
